Rates:
~ 2 night minimum stay ~
~ $110 per night for double occupancy ~
~ $8 per night for each additional guest ~
~ Maximum of 6 guests ~ No Exceptions
~ Plus 6.75% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax ~
~ $660 weekly ~
~ A deposit of $90 is required ~
~ Balance is due upon arrival ~
Cancellations:
~ Required 10 days before arrival date ~
~ If cancellation is not made within 10 days the deposit becomes non-refundable ~

~ Check in is at 3:00 p.m. ~
~ Check out is at 11:00 a.m. ~

Spicer Cottage

~ Maximum of 5 guests ~ No Exceptions

~ $570 weekly ~
~ A deposit of $75 is required ~
~ Balance is due upon arrival ~
