The Delp Family has taken much pride in restoring and renovating Spicer Cottage. It is fairly new to the family, but holds a special place in our hearts.

Spicer Cottage is located in the center of about 45 acres on Spicer Farm. It was purchased in 2001. The home was built in the early 1950's and has been completely restored with all new furnishings. The ponds were built during the restoration of the farm. The farm is also used to grow Christmas trees. Click here to see photo gallery of Spicer Cottage.
